“I came into the Sportarm at West London looking for a some Chritmas presents for a few friends and was greeted by very friendly helpful staff who talked me through their extensive range of clothing and accessories, from key country brands, like Schoffel and Laksen. One item they didn't have in stock they were able to post out to me next day. Thoroughly impressed by the shop, fantastic level of customer service from the staff! Will definitely be coming again.”

“This was on my bucket list so treated myself for my Birthday and dragged along three family members to experience it with me. My Wife, Son & his Partner all had a thoroughly enjoyable time and Claire our instructor was excellent. My Wife wasn't confident enough to stand although Claire did try and help when my Wife was happy to try without any pressure. My Wife ended up kneeling for the whole duration of the lesson but still had an enjoyable time. The rest of us stood from quite early on into the lesson and our confidence grew as Claire gave us some more tips which we would have taken a long time to learn had we just gone out on our own. As for me, I've booked another session with my other Son who sadly couldn't make it the first time and I am currently looking at buying my own board! “Great coach for all levels, even for an old lapsed skier. The passion he puts into this sport is one that we haven't seen since the days of great british skiers (even though he's a kiwi). This new venture is something to behold - it's a great lake; JB will tell you that. Many great names have skied here and this, in my opinion, is what the sport needs - a coach like Chris and a lake like this to get this sport back on the map. What could be better than having a residential ski club - ski, hotel, bar: it's near on perfect. As for Chris' coaching style; I've never met a more passionate and intricate coach than him, he really does see the tiny details that help you improve. I was taught by a great but non-qualified coach when I was 16 and probably learnt a few bad habits and took many years off the sport, but Chris got me up and running in no time, constantly telling me what I should improve rather than towing me along for cash. I would definitely recommend CJM and together with this lake, you can't go wrong. let's get wet!”

“The staff could not be more helpful. A very small shop. I asked if they had a specific boot in stock. I was told, that we do but not in your size. I suggest that you see the one that is the wrong size, & if it is the the type of boot that you want, order it in 2 sizes, bring back the one that does not fit, or both of them if neither fit. I have spent hundreds of pounds this way. Checking out items at home is so much better.”

“Kids idea of heaven. Toys are piled high and low. It’s a wonderful sight. Staff friendly and happy to help you find what you need. Store is really tidy and neat. Lots of stock and shelves always full. Perfect place for getting toys and gifts. They have a huge of different ranges and the prices that suit all budgets. They have a car park that is free for a certain amount of time. It’s usually not very busy. This car park is separate from the Tesco one. Watford high street train station is just a few minutes walk away. Staff member called Jay was very helpful. He made sure I had what I wanted. He didn’t mind me asking him loads of questions and happily and helpfully answered them all.”
