When I bought it at that branch, they only had the name in stock and said to check again in a week for the number, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to check the Stratford branch as it's much closer to home and I wasn't disappointed! I was served by two lovely members of staff, one at the till and the other which did the printing, both were great representations of the high standards that are expected at an Adidas store.”

My wife had insoles made there with a new machine that can measure the problems with your feet and then you can try them with new trainers. Good parking and a new store with high end products. It's been a while but if Sports Direct do more stores like this then the high street might be on the up. Well done guys you scored high with this one.”

Nothing to see at ground level, just an up escalator and a flight of steps....but let curiosity get the better of you and WOW there is sooo much stock up on that 1st floor. Yes I know that the cynical would say '50% off' means it was overpriced in the first place but this is genuine, branded sportswear and equipment. No hesitation in recommending.”

“Went to jd sports in staines today so my son could redeem a Fashion favourites gift card that my son was given as a gift. The staff were very helpful and patient as we tried, tried and tried again, we were in the shop for over an hour trying to redeem the card. Unfortunately to no avail then one off the staff suggested changing the card for another gift card in store. Which I agreed to so they went off to see the manager to see if we could do that. However because JD Sports do not accept Fashion favourites gift cards due to problems, they suggested that I call them or better still go online and do a webcall as this would be free. Overall I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, patient and polite.”
