“We went in about late afternoon/early evening without a booking, Manager Matthew, although very busy was very accommodating and said he would get us a table in an hour despite a notice on the door to say that as it's Mother's Day, they were sorry they could not accommodate walk in customers. We went back in an hour and were given a table and the most courteous of service from the manager as well as Courtney, a very charming and efficient and friendly server. She was attentive and treated us very well. What a lovely first experience at this Mitchel's & Butlers chain. Thank you Matthew and Courtney for your attentive and friendly service. Will definitely recommend and the food was good and piping hot as well. This is with the fact that it was quite busy with many tables waiting to be served. Well done and thank you again. Visited this place again, food is still very nice - although stay away from table 17, otherwise you’ll hear the clutter of them cleaning the food plates. Very busy on a Saturday night. Dec 2022, amazing how Covid wiped out nearly two years of everything. Lovely fresh food cooked in an open kitchen. Lots of selection, lamb chops were very nice as was the grilled fish and the tava chicken. Deserts were nice, a good selection of ice creams and other sweet delicacies. The staff were very pleasant and efficient.”
