Requested Carol (as we’ve always had her and had excellent service from her), but She was not in on the day we went so was served by Emily. Emily was just as helpful, even ringing another store to locate a certain shoe style in one of my daughters size. Carol was working at that store and she kindly brought the shoes to the Gravesend store for my daughter to try on the next day. Nothing was too much trouble.
