“I am a café addict, always on the lookout for a lovely café. In my humble opinion, the Perk Coffee Shop is a hidden gem that I have been lucky to find. The decor and atmosphere is beautiful. I haven't eaten here yet but have had coffee which was delicious. It has a great layout and is fairly spacious whilst still maintaining a cosy, boutique atmosphere. A charming independent business that deserves to flourish.”

“I’ve visited this cafe many times and I can honestly say this is the best place to eat in Watford for vegetarian or vegan food. I don’t live nearby anymore but I will try to come back when I’m in the area. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent and made fresh each day. What more can you want..?”

“Went here for a pre-opening drink. Really nicely refurbished, keeps a nice pub feel but also an air of quality. The management team seem to have some great ideas for making this sustainable business which I hope to try more in the future. Live F1 without have to buy Sky would get me there….hint hint”

“Amazing store with a huge variety of every ingredient required for any Indian dish you wish to make plus more. They specialise in South Indian cooking & have fresh idli & dosa mixes as well as the all important fresh curry leaves. However, they also have spices for other regions too. They do a lot of imported products such as Gur, Amul Ghee, dried spices &, during Mango season, they have the most delicious honey mangos from Pakistan. A must visit for all your cooking needs.”

“Lovely new store. Shelves full of some known brands alongside some foreign brands. Prices are really cheap and great value for money. Instore bakery is really well stocked and has little veg pizzas which tasted really lovely. Easy to navigate around the store. Pushchair friendly. Clear signs for all the aisles. Not a big range of bread when I visited but the prices are really good. Less than 50p for a large loaf. Will buy one to try next time I’m there. They have loads of tills but only one or two open. I used the self check out which was really easy. Will visiting a few times a week I think to get some fantastic bargains. Not a lot of veg options in the freezer section. Only one type of veg burger that I don’t like. Loads of ice creams and desserts. The entrance is down the side and there is parking available in an underground car park. 55 spaces I think.”

“Spacious and full of food at a low price. The bakery section looks great and is well stocked. Also has lots of non food items like clothing, utensils, camping, etc. Parking was easy and there is ground floor covered parking if it's raining. Tills are reasonably fast and there is a self checkout with 10 tills.”

“Fully stocked and the deli.area is very clean. I bought italian salami cut in front of me which other super markets dont sell just slices in plastic box. Need to provide info in English for people who dont speak Romanian. Ladies in cashier need to smile. I will go again for the deli section.”

“I will always love this farm! Because it’s only open a handful of times a year and because it’s not in the most obvious of places it makes you feel like you’re in some sort of secret society and I love it. I love the fact you can buy feed for 50p and feed a great number of the animals in the farm yard. I also love the number of exotic animals they have for a farm in watford. They have raccoons, artic foxes and my favourites Capybara which is odd for a small farm in a city. I will continue to go to this farm every year for at least one of there open days and highly recommend it to anyone, old, young, family, couples, with young children and without. Everyone will love it.”

“A great location with lots of other stores in close proximity. On my most recent visit there was plenty of stock and the prices for many of my usual purchases had not changed so that was nice.”
