“I've used Rickshaw Travels a number of times. They are my go to travel company for my annual holidays because they are professional, attentive and always deliver. My family and I really enjoy the personal service and Bhavin tailors the holidays based on our requirements. We recently used Rickshaw Travels when I was looking to book a holiday in the Maldives and Dubai. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and we needed separate bookings for other family members who would be meeting us and surprising my wife in Dubai. The logistics were a potential nightmare for me with different requests regarding flight times and durations etc. Bhavin and the team and Rickshaw Travels made the whole process seamless. They spoke directly with the family members and logically assembled a plan that would work for us all. Bhavin secured a lovely resort in the Maldives that was child friendly for a cheaper price than I could find anywhere myself on the internet. The flights and connections including the sea plane were booked with minimal stopover time and he kindly reserved the basset seats at the front of the plane for our baby too. The family arrived in Dubai a few hours earlier than we did and were waiting in the lobby to suprise my wife. It was a fantastic holiday and it wouldn't have been possible without the help of Rickshaw Travels. I cannot recommend Rickshaw Travels highly enough. We have used them for years and will continue to do so because it takes the stress out of holiday bookings so we can focus on looking forward to enjoying our time there. She was so much fun, always in a good mood and made everything amazing. The boat was awesome as well along with the crew members on it. I would highly recommend this tour. Every stop along the tour was beautiful and had so much history. The night life was fun and one of a kind, from the rave cave to the fortress.”

“It is really difficult to find a travel agent where you can actually deal face-to-face with a person. Not only that, but it is really easy to access their 'shop': via Southgate tube and bus station or local parking (Asda) I found the staff very understanding of our travel plans. They were able to facilitate our need for split flights. Appropriate questions were asked to ensure a successful trip: passport expiry dates, insurance, Covid advice, transfers ... “Just returned from 3 weeks in Vietnam and Cambodia. Our objective was to see beyond the war-torn media coverage and to get to understand the culture and the people. The tours were exceptional and exactly what we were looking for, from city walking food tours to madcap Vespa rides into the countryside; from kayaking in the Bay, to a fishing boat and floating restaurant on Cambodia's lake. And in between: variety, rising suns, stunning pools, ancient history and long abandoned temples, information, statistics, recent personal tragic histories, cuisine, and traffic. We can now cross a Hanoi or Saigon main street with confidence. Everyday a new adventure and a new Experience.”

“Great trans Siberian trip with GoRussia from Moscow to Beijing by older single woman. Julia did a great job setting everything up for me last minute. This was a trip of a lifetime and every thing went according to schedule. Some sites closed or busy because of national holidays, but made it more fun to see the locals enjoying themselves. Train transfers easy and second class cabins meeting other travelers on long legs made the trip fun. Hotels central and above my expectations. Wonderful local guides at every stop with good knowledge and english and many thanks especially to Ping who I missed saying goodbye to. She did a terrific job when some of the sites were closed because of rehearsal for the big 70th anniversary in Tiananmen Square. I Highly recommend Booking with Go Russia and the price was right.”
