"We were delighted to hear that Abbotts are re-opening next week and although for us holidaying abroad during 2020 is probably out of the question, due to health and age based restrictions imposed by the current lockdown programme, we hope to be back through the door during 2021. That's when we will head straight for Julie Gooding's desk (with an appointment !) to pick her brain, and test her unlimited patience once again. We cannot begin to say how much we value the service provided by Julian Abbott and the team, all of whom have always been a pleasure to deal with, Julie especially when this year she had to cancel a holiday on our behalf - it was done quietly. efficiently, fuss-free. "Club Diwa by Alila - Goa We had the most fantastic holiday in this hotel and Goa itself. Carly and the team at Abbotts could not have done more for us. We were treated like royalty and nothing was too much for the staff. The local people were so friendly and welcoming everywhere we went (apart from the airport where they treat you like a criminal)! We had amazing food and fantastic weather. As we had never been to Goa before, we used Tui trips. 2 out of 3 were great, the other not so but our tour rep was brilliant at sorting any problems quickly. Overall, this was probably the best holiday we have ever been on and will certainly return again."
