“I needed a room at short notice and this hotel was the only one at a decent price (c£200) with good reviews. I was a bit apprehensive as when I arrived it was clear this was mainly a tour bus / tourist hotel rather than a business hotel. Its huge. The signage from the lift wasn’t clear so I ended up walking the entire 1st floor. There were three distinct corridor areas. City sleeper - corridor looked newly decorated. Middle - looked a bit tatty. Worse - very old and tatty. My room was in the ‘middle’ but I was very pleasantly surprised by the room. Newly decorated. Simple but everything you need. I slept very well. Bath and shower in room along with large bottles of hand wash, shampoo and body wash. Breakfast - there were signs up everywhere saying busiest 8-9am. I went at 7:45 and it was busy but manageable. Good range of cooked and continental breakfast. All in all for central London great value and had everything I needed for a comfortable night’s stay.”

“The queues for most food outlets was quite long but true the sprite of Itsu, the food came really quickly without any compromise on content or flavour As a vegan there is enough choice because there a meat, veggie and vegan version of each dish. Although space was limited, I managed to find a perch and tucked into my food. I chose the ‘Veggie Gyoza Noodle Bowl’ which is a vegan option. The noodle bowl was crammed full of big fat juicy noodles, veggies and seeds with plenty of large dumplings. Wether you preference is to eat with chopsticks, fork, spoon or Itay’s Spork, it’s always best to slurp the delicious, rich broth straight from the bowl when the food has been eaten. It left a lovely lingering flavour in my mouth which I can still taste and hour later as sit on the aircraft typing this up. I also had the ‘Jasmine Tea’ which liked but for those that don’t like a strong floral flavour, avoid it as it’s strong. For those that do, it’s worth it.”

“This hotel is really good, spacious and clean rooms, the food is good here dining and breakfast. I also want to thank Ethan who is one of the staff members who works there he made it felt like i was staying at a 4-5 star hotel with the level of service he was providing to me he went over and beyond and i hope the owner of the hotel sees this review and reward him for his amazing work. The only umfortunate thing i have to say about this is that i probably won't be back as i was attending a work course and live far away but if i did have 2 come back in the future however i would love to stay here again. “I had an absolutely delicious pizza from the Loughton Papa Johns. It was prepared and delivered with care in an expected time frame. The pizza was delivered hot being almost fresh from the oven. Even the tomato base was succulent and tasty. Definitely one of the best pizzas I've had outside of Italy.”

“I absolutely love The Fat Pizza! I only have the Keto base, cauli & mozzarella base, it’s a game changer! My only criticism is they tell you you have ‘freebies’ but they don’t auto apply it when you re order so I never actually get any free stuff. Good job I love the pizza I order!”

“Was so hesitate to stay in this hotel after reading all the negative reviews in many social media platforms , but I made my mind strong & stayed in this hotel... I was so happy that I didn't missed an every bucks worth hotel.. My stay was so great . To add a surprise the room was very spacious which is something I never experienced in my UK visit. I didnt expect this. The hotel near to Kingsbury Tube station ( Jubilee Line ) & perfect place for vegetarian like me.. So many vegetarian eateries here. The service also was great. They even allowed me to keep my luggage after check - out . Definitely will stay again. Highly recommended...”
