“I had a great service from Oliver, I couldn't decide which pair for Vans to choose, but Oliver explained the differences like one had cushion back heel and the other one didn't. So i ended up choosing the one with the cushion back heel. I was also explaining to him that, i always like everything in doubles/pairs so i ended up buying a black pair and navy pair of Vans. Oliver was very approachable and friendly, I was on my way to the Beach and I stopped to buy a few things. Oliver was so nice and with a big smile he even told me to have a great day at the beach. I have never once felt like we were hurried or pressurised in any way. They always take the time to engage enthusiastically with the children and parents. “Fantastic customer service. Ladies genuinely very helpful. I bought a dress and 3 tips my only gripe is one of the tops in my size wasn't in stock and the lady kindly ordered on line for me. I paid £4.99 for delivery next day as this was a Weekend I was told to expect on the Monday and the top arrived on the Tuesday. I have been on line since and had I have gone home and ordered it myself it would have cost me only £1.99 for a standard delivery. .”

“Clarks really came through for me today- returned a pair of school shoes which were purchased in February this year (unworn, hadn't even come out of the box and had receipt still) and they happily allowed an exchange and partial refund for the difference. I was seriously impressed by this, and also the service I received from Andy, who went hunting for size 8s for my son.... and actually managed to find a pair my son liked! Thumbs up all round.
