“My hotpoint washing machine packed up on the Friday. The bearings had gone and there not replaceable. So was advised to get a replacement. I rang Saturday morning and they had a decent replacement in the shop for a very reasonable price. I had it delivered and the old one taken away that afternoon. Super customer service a 12 months warranty and the guys were just so helpful and really did go the extra mile. I really do highly recommend these guys If your looking for refurbished appliances or even need an appliance fixed. Really good and reasonable.”

“Fantastic supermarket with the best variety of middle eastern and European foods. Also selling fresh baked bread and cakes and pastries. I got the caramel slice and tastes amazing, presentation is nice, cake is freshly made . The cakes are the lowest price I have ever seen so far. I got two slices for less than five pounds The customer service is humble”

“Absolutely fantastic amazing adventure playground for children, there is a large indoor soft play adventure playground and few outdoor adventure playgrounds, there are slides, zip lines and other activities. There is a small zoo with different animals and if you pay extra you can feed or pet them. The kids had such a fantastic experience here and I definitely think we will be back, I recommend people bring their children here and experience it for themselves, honestly I wish I was a kid again. Absolutely fantastic day out.”

I wanted strawberries which was out stock on shelf, he went inside pulled a cage out ,help me with strawberries which was right at bottom of the cage. Thank you”

“Decent hotel considering it’s a 2 star hotel and located in zone 4. Good water drainage, fair water pressure, clean room with comfy beds, basic amenities available, about 5mins walk from Hounslow Central tube station and just few stations away from Heathrow terminals.”
