“went for some running shoes - excellent range, loads of sizes available, really helpful and knowledgeable staff that took a great deal of time to help me find the right shoe. They have a running machine/video to check your gait and are very professional about it. Maybe i could have got them cheaper online - but i'd much rather buy in-store - it's worth the money when you need stuff to fit. Can't agree with previous comments about lack of staff - i went on a Friday afternoon and plenty of help available”

“The staff are extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I went to exchange a pair of jeans and did so without any issues. Fairly expensive but you do get what you pay for. They also offer a tailoring service and there is a Hackett men's barbers next door”

“Nice reasonably priced hotel with very large rooms (we choose the premium rooms). Very quiet, not much noise from street or other rooms. Neighbourhood is okay as long as your diet does not rely on beer and pork. Bus stop right in front of the door, tube and DLR are roughly ten minutes away. Very friendly staff, especially at the restaurant. Good breakfast. Bathroom and closet in the guest rooms rather small.”

Delicious, mouthwatering and affordable meal in a very clean and hygienic restaurant. I'd place great emphasis on the pleasant and welcoming staff (Malika, Gennaro, etc.) I came in contact with. “It is a scenic neighbourhood and has been recently cleaned. The nearby Boardwalk Place is a haven with best security and it is maintained to good standards. Despite not staying in the hotel, I can imagine how beautiful the views must be from Fraser Place.”

“I saw a lot of reviews before my Embassy visit complaining that it was £10 for 30 minutes of storage. It’s a flat rate all day, an incredible deal if you aren’t lucky enough to get in and out quickly (which I’m sure is most people). An awesome service, friendly staff and you get a free coffee with storage. Can’t beat it. Came back for brunch after appointment and the corn fritters and date slice were delicious!”

“My fiance and I were visiting London for the first time and this was an amazing location. 1. The rooms are fantastic. They have a fridge, stove top, and a microwave. It comes with dishes and a laundry machine on site 2. It's about a 20 minute train ride to all the major attractions in London. 3. The general area is very quite. If you are looking for an area with a lot of action, I would stay somewhere else. But it noise is a concern to you, this is the best location you can ask for. 4. Best thing if all is that the price was great. I booked for August, and it was comparably the best price I got from comparing to other locations. If you want to be in a busier area, then I would skip this location. But if space, quality of room, and price are a priority, have this place as a top pick.”

Spa facilities are of a high standard with a good sized pool and steam room, excellent changing rooms too. We were very impressed by the room, quite a big size for a hotel and nice to have a bath and shower. We would recommend a stay here, new year was wonderful to welcome in here.”

“My girlfriend and I came here to have afternoon tea for her birthday. Wow what an amazing experience! The hotel it’s self is beautiful and the staff are incredible. Very kind, accommodating and more than happy to help. My girlfriend and I was speaking amongst ourselves about the fact it was her birthday and before we knew it one of the staff members brought out a lovely slice of cheese cake topped with fresh strawberries and strawberry drizzle, the best part it was complimentary from the hotel. A lovely staff member offered to take some pictures for us as we were leaving. Simply a great time and good old fashioned good customer service. Thank you guys it was lovely.”

“I was pleasantly surprised having not stayed at an Ibis since the days of bunkbeds. Staff were very pleasant, the room was a good size and the bed was conformable. “Thank you all at IBIS .Very welcoming with great hints tips for getting around Canary Wharf, as well as other places great transport links close bye, depending where you want/need to be. All areas can be accesses by Transport for London. Got taxi from King's Cross cost £42. Manager suggested UBER back to King's Cross half the price. Manager and staff very helpful and accomodating, clean comfortable. Had 3 rooms booked for 3 nights ,comfortable sleep, ensuite great with liquid soap and hair wash, fresh towels. breakfast. Some good eating places nearby. O2 CLOSE BY ALSO. Staff assistance prior to arrival was really good following some concern on bill. Addressed immediately concern alleviated( awaiting refund back to card.) Hotel is close to busy roads, traffic noise yes but to be expected, however we did not have any concerns, slept well. Car park available but chargeable, not many spaces. Had small issue with toilet, unable to rectify straight away, offered to move us, no big issue, stayed in room , following day, maintenance man arrived resolved. As mentioned staff great very helpful. May need to be back in the area next year we know where we are booking. Hope to see you all again soon, thanks to each and everyone of the team . Hope you had a chocolate, yes we gave them some chocolates, that's how good we thought they are. Thank you all.”
