“I've been waiting for a decent cigar shop to open in West London for a decade. The Kensington Cigar shop is not just decent though. It is outstanding. The cigar selection is excellent. The humidors are high quality and work well. The staff are knowledgeable, have usually tried most cigars they sell, are helpful and friendly. The cigars themselves are always in excellent shape. “Conveniently located on the High Street. Friendly and professional team delivers excellent customer service. Location was refurbished recently to a high standard. Because the service they deliver is second to none, they are extremely busy, therefore I recommend booking an appointment online or over the phone. The only drawback is that they are not accepting card payments at the time I am writing this review. As I don't usually carry cash on me, I had to go to Co-op for cash. Not a major issue if it's not raining ;) Hope to see card payments soon. Apart from this small inconvenient everything is spot on. Highly recommended!”
