I decided to get moving again but because of my large size, I wanted to get a pair of running shoes that would avoid an injury and fitted correctly. I was seen by Luke who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and generous with his time. I tried on many pairs, each with a short run on a treadmill to video my feet. I feel confident that I've got the right shoes to start running, and he even price matched another retailer. What an amazing place, thank you so much.”

“Went for an evening meal with my family. We all loved the food. Great location by the side of The Thames by Chertsey Bridge. The staff were also friendly and polite. The restaurant was fully booked so we eat in the bar area, which was more then fine. Will be going back. Went back for Sunday roast. You need to book. Plenty of good food.”

I didn’t get his name but he was a Scout leader, and deserves loads of credit for delivering the advice and service I was hoping for, having making the trip to Snow and Rock specially, knowing that you can usually get great help from the staff.”

Tomasz was the member of staff who looked after me (and others) during a very busy period in the shop. He was very helpful and patient as I tried to find boots that fit, and then organised an order for home delivery for me when the I found the boots but they did not have the colour I preferred in stock.”

My instructor, Tania, was knowledgable, calm and easygoing, all of which really helped me feel at ease since it was my first diving experience.
