“I can't recommend Ivan at Pro Touch Clean Ltd enough! He is the most professional, considerate and passionate upholstery/carpet cleaner we've ever booked. His service is second to none. I wish I got an image of his set up! We booked Ivan to clean our Parker Knoll armchairs. Ivan was very thorough and very attentive to the details. He assessed the materials in advance and made sure he used the correct process and products for our chairs. He explained and shows us videos in advance of the process which reassured us too. He respected our home and the surroundings making sure everything was protected and covered during the clean. Best cleaning service we have ever used and now we will be booking in our carpet clean in the next couple of months. Highly recommend this company and service- 5 STARS! After following the advice in the email I realised I probably should size up, so they agreed to switch the order for me.
