As soon as we met Jan she started to calm her down and make her feel at ease. Once the grooming started my cat loved it, Jan was so gentle and delicate with her. “Lyndon came to view to provide an estimate - on time, efficient. Recommended a specific cleaning method. Checked a few days before the scheduled cleaning date to ensure all still OK. Arrived with an assistant, on time and got to work. Result is really impressive - we live next to a wood and have recently had a lot of building work done so the stone was really dirty - black in places - and with new stone on the extension easy to see how bad it was. Looks great - took them all day, but well worth the cost for me. Highly recommend.”

I ended up returning the SIM driver after a rattle in the head appeared after using it a handful of times, they arranged for the driver to be picked up along with dropping off a new driver head within 24 hours. Only minor was the sharing steak (pictured) we felt should have chosen a larger size as we both thought it wasn't QUITE big enough, our fault, not theirs. The wine (pictured) is some of the best I've ever tasted as is the garlic bread starter (pictured). Will definitely be returning but at over £200 for 3 people probably only for special occasions. “This was my favorite pub. We spent a great deal of time and money there. Good friends made, both staff and locals. Unfortunately, the manager, has no class and a bad attitude. The Runner is on suspension, for me, for 60 days. If it ever happens again, I won’t spend another £ there. Reply - I am not about to Dox anybody. We love the food, atmosphere and friendships. The absolute majority of your staff is excellent. A little bit of tact goes a long way though, as opposed to a “Shoosh”. You should indeed have a conversation with managers about how they deal with people, especially some that drop 500 quid a month. Thanks, Ollie, Very Best. Update - The Running Mare has definitely upped their game. Give credit where credit is due. This is a wonderful place where You will find kind and interesting people. The day went better than smoothly and the friendliness, exuberance and efficiency of the staff on the day really wowed us. The venue speaks for itself and the attention to detail was faultless. We would recommend Woodlands Park Hotel (and in particular, Cheyenne Crombie, the event coordinator) without hesitation. It was a wonderful day, the communications leading up to the day were superb and the day went without hitch or glitch.”

“Mr Kim went far beyond the call of duty for me during my fight with Cancer. He even personally did a couple of home deliveries by bike when I was unable to collect prescribed medication.
