She gave me such good advice about my face shape, hair quality, what style would suit me, advised me about the right haircut that would suit my hair texture when it’s wet or dry. Unlike some beauty therapists I have been to in the past, Hannah had me complete some client notes and then asked me some questions about the look I wanted, was this for a special occasion, had I had the treatment done before, did I know what to expect etc. It was so nice to be asked these questions so that Hannah could tailor my treatment especially for me rather than just providing me with a standard set of lashes. Hannah was very friendly and professional, provided me with lots of aftercare tips to make my lashes last longer and I would highly recommend her.”

“Well what can I say, I had quite an unslightly skin tag and needed it removed. I booked an appointment with gillian over the phone for later the same day. Must say the salon look nice and upon arrival I was shown to the treatment room The removal was pretty pain free and was really quick and very well done as far as I'm concerned. Staff were really friendly and to be honest it was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be.”

When she did my hair she again went through what she thinks was best and told me what she was doing ally he way through.
