“First got to the dealer and was greeted with a smiling face, I came to see a specific car and was urged to take it for a test drive to get a feel for it. When I got back I had a tonne of questions about the vehicle and equipment which was all answered helpfully and professionally. The dealer insisted on getting two new tyres and a service before I took the car which was a bonus at my end. From start to finish the process was very good. Thanks to Kev, Jonathan and Tony. “Found a screw stuck in my tyre. Took my car to 4 places near work, they all gave it one look and told me I need a new tyre, but none of them had stock, or they had a 2 hour wait. Took it to Kwik Fit on Bushey Mill Lane, was seen immediately. Edward asked some questions, did a leak test and then examined the screw. He took the screw out and found it was not even a centimetre long. It did not penetrate far enough to be a problem. Fantastic, trustworthy service. Will definitely go their first next time I need any work done!”

“My first time visiting the service department of Skoda Citygate Watford. Was greeted by Nimo, what a lovely lady, really warm, welcoming and engaging. Knew exactly what was happening to the car and said that it wouldn’t take too long to be done. 90 minutes later I got the call to say it was all done and ready to be collected. On my return, another warm welcome and greeting and had a talk about my car and if I had any issues that you know we are just a phone call away.
