Chris was almost single-handedly responsible for making it pushing it forward and making it happen, but it was his kindness to my disabled and highly-stressed brother which really sets him apart and that we particularly appreciated. Chris encouraged my brother to come and see him as much as needed, never complaining when he arrived unannounced with a cup of coffee demanding immediate action, and providing us updates, emotional support and pep talks throughout. So called up Totland and to my surprise they could source the stroller that I wanted. Amazing service - ordered the pram late Tuesday afternoon and arrived at my home on Thursday. Very quick shipping! I didn't know that Totland stocked this particular brand otherwise I would have bought straight from there. Now that I know I will always contact Totland to check if they can order the items for me. The staff here make sure that everything is ordered perfectly and correctly and hassle free just a simple phone call. I also bought my pram set from Totland over a year ago before my baby was born and again had excellent service. Pricing always reasonable and unbeatable. The 18 inch pizza is great to share and if you feel like you'd still be hungry, I'd thoroughly recommend the marmite pizza bread. They also use their own delivery people who are super friendly and prompt.”
