“I came in for a number plate. The young guy behind the counter who deals with the plates was really friendly and helpful. However the product that was sold to me was not the quality I would have expected from a 4.9* place. I went there coz the reviews were so good. The number plate lettering was really faded due to the machine being faulty. I was disappointed but since then I have been offered a full replacement and a humble apology. This goes a long way to customer needs, thank you very much. I would highly recommend to go the store for your local car and motorbike accessories. As I said before the staff are very welcoming and friendly and go along way for your needs.”

“AMAZING - I really cannot praise them enough. Not just in the quality of service and workmanship but also their customer service skills. After a service on our vehicle we experienced an unrelated "problem" - you know the type, a message appears on the dashboard. Pulled on to the forecourt, they plugged in a computer, explained everything throughout. In fact when nothing of note showed up they continued searching after I'd left and got back in touch to explain. Then when we caused the battery to run flat later the same day they still supported us in getting it going - even way after 6.30pm! Shane even opened up the garage to clear the dashboard message and gave us his number text him after we had been for a drive to ensure got home safely. Now that is how customer service and loyalty is built. Than you.”

You can tell that they are very professional by the way they keep there work space which is always clean and tidy one of the best I've seen, if you judge a garage on how it looks you know you are dealing with great mechanics. Nice and warm inside with comfy seating. However the only one point I would like to add is, from observation I could see they are slightly under staffed and the wait time is roughly 10 minutes for a drink.”

Their website is easy to navigate with the parts diagrams on each page with a very extensive catalogue. I always deal with James in Trade parts and he’s always helpful.”

“The 'Big VISA black out' hit the Shenfield Co-Op today along with all other VISA-enabled vendors in the village. However, the very efficient and well switched-on Co-Op store manager Kevin immediately went on the tills to be front and centre to his customers explaining the wide-spread non-coop specific issue and prioritised those with cash to clear the queue whilst trying solutions for those only with a card. I had a full basket when I reached a till point and asked if 'Apple Pay' was affected. Kevin suggested trying one item from my basket as a test and it worked.... I managed to get almost all of my groceries payed for by that means before the system caught up with the fact that my linked card was a VISA! The very helpful young lady at the till offered to look after my purchases until I ran to an ATM to get the cash to complete my shop. Well done Kevin & the CO-Op Shenfield staff - who are all awesome! ... 'above and beyond' is the norm for this Co-Op store.....”
