“Russel and Nick are excellent. Best mechanic I've had in a long time. I take both my Golf and A6 there and have done for about 5 years. They really know what they are doing and they recommend what really needs doing and what can wait. They never 'create work' and they minimise time, and therefore cost, on services. I wish all mechanics were as trust worthy as these guys. Plus they are nice guys, never grumpy like some mechanics.”

The team is very helpful and informative as I was trying to figure out what car would fit me, my wife, 2 kids and luggage/ car seats, etc. and they were answered all my questions and helped figure out the best, and cheapest solution. The drivers are very helpful with luggage and patient as it takes us a while to actually head to our destination. They’re very upfront with additional fees (i.e. extra waiting time) and although we did incur some because our flight was delayed, the amount I was charged was in line with the established policy so I was happy to pay it.
