"Excellent service from Carrot Cars. I needed to book a last minute car and wanted a company that could provide a baby seat. Communications were great and Carrot Cars were able to fit me in at short notice. I also had to change my booking owing to flight changes which Carrot Cars accommodated easily. On the day of the booking, my flight arrived an hour early but Carrot Cars monitor the flight number and adjusted their arrival time. The driver was ready and waiting once we cleared customs. The baby car seat was a new model of a good brand. The driver was professional, very helpful and drove safely. The price was reasonable too. All in all a very good experience and I will use again in the future. Thanks!"

"Booking with company is very easy both online or over the phone. The team is very helpful and informative as I was trying to figure out what car would fit me, my wife, 2 kids and luggage/ car seats, etc. and they were answered all my questions and helped figure out the best, and cheapest solution. The drivers are very helpful with luggage and patient as it takes us a while to actually head to our destination. They’re very upfront with additional fees (i.e. extra waiting time) and although we did incur some because our flight was delayed, the amount I was charged was in line with the established policy so I was happy to pay it. Highly recommend this service and will definitely use them again."
