Trinacria's Kitchen
● Closed“The best place for toasted sandwiches with dietary requirements! They offered a meal deal with a drink which in my case was a Peach nectar and everything was delicious! I would definitely recommend to anyone and would go back again! P.S. The added bonus is the owner of the cafe produces her own aromatic coffee beans which are making the best creamy espresso I've seen in this country!”

Paolo's Italian Kitchen
● Closed“Yum food served by the gem of staff. Fresh and delicious food prepared with lots of care, we tried most of the vegetarian items on the menu and loved them all - Tortelloni Al Funghi was an absolute knockout. If in doubt between other restaurants and this one when in Borehamwood, don't think twice.”

Masaniello Café Pizzeria
● Closed“Our favorite local Italian. Gianni is a great gentleman - he always greet locals/regulars with a big smile and nice gestures. We’ve loved this place from our fist visit in 2018 and continue to do so. Needless to say their Neapolitan pizzas and pastas are exquisite! It’s casual and family friendly too. Go, relax and enjoy company with beautifully cooked dishes by skilled Italian chefs.”

Crab’N’Go

Wyld thyme eatery
● Closed“Very lucky to have this cafe on our doorstep. Kate (the owner) and her team are always welcoming and make a special fuss of our dog Luna even if we just walk by. Great selection of cakes all lovingly made by Kate and a great selection of food for breakfast & lunch. Kate also runs a Supper Club on a Thursday evening where she creates a varied 3 course meal each week. We have been on several occasions & have been delighted with the dishes and wine. Highly recommend for brunch, lunch, amazing cakes or a treat at the Supper Club. Not forgetting the cakes made to order for any celebration. Ordered several for various family celebrations. All delicious & loved by all our guests!”

Il Pellegrino
● Closed“Visited last week with some friends from work as we all attended some training in Watford, and so glad we chose to dine here. The service was incredible, with the staff being very attentive and friendly, ensuring everything was to our liking and having little jokes with us. The food was absolutely fantastic! I wish I could have eaten more! The portions are great sizes for the price, and the starters, mains, and desserts all tasted amazing. I also highly recommend the espresso martini! With us dining on work expense, we asked if we could split the bill for what each of us owed, and the staff were more than accommodating to allow us to do that, and to say we each only had a budget of £35, we got a lot for our money! Would definitely recommend this place and can’t wait for my next trip to Watford to visit again!”

Lizzie's Cucina - Italian Restaurant
● Closed“Had a lunch here on the off chance as I had heard a lot of good reviews. True Italian (staff and customers), staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for them. (This was perfectly illustrated when a customer walked in thinking it was still a cafe and wanted a takeaway tea. So they made him one). Food was really fantastic and perfectly cooked to order. It's not the cheapest but it's absolutely worth the money.”

Lakehouse Hungarian Restaurant
● Closed“I and my Portuguese friend visited the Lakehouse this lovely sunny Sunday. We were so amazed by the homemade chicken pate and goualsh and chicken soup were also very yummy. We recommend that ask some bread for goulash soup. They served the soups in rustic bowls. The mains are very fullfilling and big portions. Always go for parsley potatoes instead of chips! It is worth a lot. And the desserts? Mmmm you have a few choices. Hungarian crepes, Hungarian trifle, chestnut puree with fruits and whipping cream. For drink: I tasted their lemonade. I really loved it. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, cosy and handmade decorated. If you can, and have had experience within just share it with your friends and family.”

Perfetto Pizza
● Closed“I love smiley, chatty, warm welcomes. When I entered Perfetto Pizza that is just what I received. Don’t let the name pull your attention towards the fast food staple. Perfetto Pizza crafts beautiful examples of all Italian cuisine. All is served in a humble, bohemian beach house that is bright and modernly decorated. Service is fast, attentive and helpful. The food is presented artfully and tastes superb. I loved the relaxed environment; great value, no none sense quality Italian food.”
