Plus the prices are more suitable to us as a family. They also focus on the animal welfare and medical conditions and have in the past been supportive to me and let me arrange a payment plan due to my circumstances. And preformed surgery on our dogs which has been extremely good . And we are so grateful they were able to help dogs due to the extreme pain they were in. Very much appreciated and very pleased. 100 per cent never use any other places as had bad experiences with rude staff and completely rocket prices that I couldn't even think about. Alex and Cleo very passionate and patient with everyone and everything they do. It's great and I feel at total ease and confidence and in safe hands with pets. “Reading some of these comments I'm appalled! I have been using this vet for over 13 years and would never go anywhere else. My dog had so many issues since she was a pup and the vet was amazing, informative and compassionate on each and every single visit/operation we had. I trusted him wholeheartedly and he helped my dog live a long and happy life. Staff are amazing but as a vet, Mr T is absolutely amazing and I can't thank him and the staff anymore for what they did for my dog Skye.”

With each visit I'm less anxious about dental appointments. Should be 6 stars ⭐. Dr Anand and Nicki were amazing with me. Such an empathetic and compassionate approach that left me feeling comfortable and less anxious about my dental exam. “Very satisfied with the service. I always manage to speak to someone,calls are answered promptly and Receptionists are helpful and polite. Doctors appointments are offered withing few days compared to other Surgeries where patients have to wait for weeks. Doctors ways call on time and are very helpful. I have been with this Surgery for the past 10 years , and from other experiences I heard about, this is the BEEST SURGERY IN THE AREA so far. I believe that those saying staff members are rude people get what they give...”

“Had my first consultation today and I was a bit nervous because of some negative review I read. I'll admit I have not seen a dentist in the past 10 years and unfortunately neglected my oral hygiene, however the doctor was straight with me and told me that by taking action now I can save my teeth and gums. I went there convinced that NHS free treatment would cover everything but the doctor told me what is actually covered and what not and ask me to chose. Not too much talk but I enjoyed the overall experience and will continue treatment with this dentist.”
