Novikov Restaurant & Bar
● Closed“Truly a high class experience. One mishap, while booking a reservations online I did not see there are bookings for Italian and Asian kitchens but you can order certain items from the other menu such as oysters. Very well trained waitstaff and service. Appropriately timed dishes. You do not feel rushed. You get your moneys worth. The drinks were very delicious. Reservations I would say are required. The limited time only cigar dessert was phenomenal as well as the presentation. The Greek salad could have used more ‘oomph’ like onions and cucumbers.”

Kiku
● Closed“Hard to go wrong with Kiku. It’s on the pricier side but the food and service are excellent. Been here several times and enjoy the authentic Japanese dining experience. Great all-around sushi in London. Don’t expect fancy sauce glazed rolls but traditional nigiri, maki and even chirashi (sashimi on top of rice). They also have a good variety of cooked dishes including grilled meats and hot pots.”

Ramo Ramen
● Closed“Had been on my bucket list for a while and I had read good reviews so I expected it to be good but it exceeded my expectations. The fusion of Japanese and Filipino food really works. The ramen was so delicious, full of flavour, with a thick and dense broth. The broth itself is already worth it, but everything else is on point. We tried the oxtail one and the meet was so tender and tasty. Staff was also lovely. Will come back and strongly recommend it!”

Oroshi
● ClosedWinchester Walk, London SE1 9AG, United Kingdom“What a lucky find. We got to the market about an hour before closing, but many vendors were already shutting down. We got counter seats here and had delicious food with great company in the kitchen! We ordered the pork dumplings, beef bento and pork belly ramen. Everything was so good, but the dumplings were the star of the show. We ordered a second serving! Definitely recommend going for the suggested chili oil on top. The chef also was happy to give us some recommendations for activities the rest of our trip. Such a great place.”

Hello Sushi
● Closed“It was our first order from Hello Sushi and it was a great experience. The food was fresh and we'll presented, and most importantly, delicious. From our experience, we would highly recommend. We'll definitely order again real soon! Plus, we had a little misunderstanding about the order which was our mistake and they dealt with it very patiently and respectfully. So, all in all, definitely worth 5⭐”

Yumenoki
● Closed“A truly authentic Japanese dining experience. It's like you were walking down a cobble stone road in Japan and found a delicious, family run restaurant. I was so impressed with the menu and the taste of everything we tried blew us away! I think I could easily call it the best Japanese I've eat here in London (that isn't just sushi and katsu curry), the best from my experience in Australia and up there with the top ones I've tried in Japan. Also very reasonably priced! I'm going to get it wrong as to what we had exactly but I'll try: - Agedashi Tofu (came out piping hot, tofu was so silken and soft, batter perfectly crunchy and not too thick and the dashi broth was perfect!) - Sukiyaki (my husband had this one but I tried it. Nice, simple Japanese stir-fry taste of meat and vegetables served on steamed rice). - Nabeyaki Udon soup - all I can say is that broth was spectacular! Same broth apparently for both this soup and the tempura soup, but if you try it you'll understand why! The udon noodles were thick and delicate, and it was served with shitake mushrooms, tempura prawn, chicken and a delicately poached egg inside. Next time I'll take photos! Oh and they had ShabuShabu on the menu for those looking (£45) - not sure if per person or not but I definitely want to try on a cold winter's day!”

● Closed“We were sincerely grateful to the great and friendly staff who heated our baby food for the starving two-year-old in our group! This was extremely appreciated, especially when a cafe had turned us away the previous week. I’m just sorry I couldn’t thank you again on the way out as I couldn’t see you (think you might have been on a break?)”

Ohisama Sushi
● Closed“Finally went with my partner after seeing this place a while back, and I've honestly been blown away. The atmosphere is lovely, with amazing staff and absolutely *delicious* food. We ordered a sushi set (Jo; the deluxe!) and an appetizer (the yubuki salmon), both of which surpassed all my expectations. Beautiful ingredients skillfully treated with care (I've never had tuna so lovely!), and the chef went the whole way as the yubuki salmon was taking a little bit by giving us a few extra nigiri on the house while we waited! We weren't expecting anything of the sort so it felt like a really lovely gesture. Had some mochi ice cream to finish which was also great! Overall amazing experience, absolutely worth the money and will definitely come again for a celebration! I'd give more stars if I could!! ⭐”

● Closed“It's a good place to spend your weekend evening with your loved ones. The food is good. The salmon and sushi will be almost cold. I am not sure if it is eaten cold only, but everything the teriyaki sauce and the chili sauce. Everything was so salty. I would personally say that I didn't like it that much will never go again. Maybe I would like to try sushi again at another place, but the ambience was amazing. The restaurant had all the facilities like washrooms and sitting place. Bunch of seats were available. Other decoration was good”
