Sam was an absolute gent, gave his condolences and we went on to have a beautiful conversation, he also gave me some complimentary white flowers to give to my mum, he just went above and beyond. This was a completely different experience compared to another local florist in Langley, who offered no condolences and just pointed me in the direction of a booklet. “You’re in for a surprise! Not much to look at from the outside but you do walk into a very Kerala household decor - soft lights, woodwork and a very chilled out ambience. The food was brilliant- we ordered the beef and two types of fish curries with Kerala parottas (bread) and some steamed rice. Spiced well - not “burn your mouth off hot”. Staff are lovely - had a nice chat with us and made sure the service was top notch. Value for money but mainly a great meal served up by some great people! “As a trained florist, flowers are so important to me. I contacted Kathy (The Biggin Hill Florist) for my father's funeral who was local to where my dad lived. We exchanged a few emails and calls to discuss creating a colourful, textured and wild looking set of displays as my dad was a landscape gardener. I wanted the funeral flowers to reflect his style. Kathy understood this very clearly and added her own style which looked absolutely incredible. It was a shock to step out and see my dad's coffin - I wasn't prepared for that to effect me in the way in did. But a great distraction was looking at the beautiful flowers surrounding it. I implicitly trust Kathy to do the same for others and I highly recommend her services. She is a very skilled and talented florist. Thank you once again Kathy.
