"The waiter who took the order did not understand about gluten intolerance so it took us a while to communicate what I can have. However, the lady found the kitchen was very nice and changed the salmon terrayaki to grill salmon and substituted items in the bento box to be gluten free. The rice they used was not Japanese rice. I think it is Thai or Indian rice so it was not easy to eat with chopsticks and also more plain."
