"Had my eyebrows done Thursday 09/02/2023 by Nisha and it was so awful and she was constantly on mobile phone, she wasn’t leaving phone when I came in, I had to ask if you gonna be long? She said 2 min sat there for more than 2 min.., I was nearly going to leave the salon then she got up,, asked me with very bad attitude, EYEBROWS OR WAX??? I have explained everything in my email which been straight sent out to the Raw beauty but there’s no response So here it is my feedback."

"Went in for eyebrow threading. What was supposed to be a simple thing, became a nightmare. First of all she took a hell of long time ,my arms were getting tired from holding up. Not to mention the bad BO! Then it turned out she removed more than she should. I had practicaly no hair at the front of my left eyebrow! The other staff apologised and applied tint. Still appaling service!"

"Terrible service !!!! I asked for brow tidy up just get rid of sparse hairs. I now have two uneven brows. One is so thin and pointy tail other is sqaure. Didn’t listen to me at all. Extremely upset as I’ve been growing them out and ladies have completely ruined and taken all my growth. Will not being going here again and do not reccomend !"

"Good and bad beauticians that work here. One woman threaded my eyebrows and made my thick eyebrows so thin. I told her I wanted just a tidy up and she went ahead and nearly threaded off my whole eyebrows. Then she proceeded to tell me to clean up my eyebrows myself at the end. Not an apology in sight. Disgusting."

"Booked an appointment for lashes extension for 9am on a Monday. When I come to the salon 48h earlier to do the glue test, they confirmed my appointment for the following Monday. When I arrive at the appointment, the lady asked me to come back at 10am because “she was on her own”, and I said no because of work commitments. She also insisted for me to come back at any other time during the day, which was not possible for me. She finally accepts and applies my lashes, they look good, but the same evening all of them fall down, I was left with none the morning! When I go back (taking my time off work of course) the next day to complain, as someone from the salon suggested over the phone, they blame it to the “weather being too hot”, they re-apply them for free, which I was happy about. But, again, after 5 days I am left with no lashes from that treatment. I am very disappointed to have wasted money in such an unorganised place offering poor quality services. I also think that if the cause of poor quality is warm weather as they said, then they should avoid doing such treatments during these hot days. I have found someone professional through trusted friends, will definitely give it a go there and never come back to this place again."
