Just a bit improve self service check outs if barcode not reading then you have to wait a bit long for Assistance to login and some check out machine unable to read bank notes tried different notes but result was the same then paid by Bank Card for just £5.18 Shopping kindly try to fix bank note reader overall all excellent.”

“I visited the shop on Monday carrying my one month old granddaughter who, as soon as I got to the till, started crying to be fed. The lady assistant was very sympathetic and offered me the display table and chair to sit in to give the baby her bottle. I was astounded by this as the usual reaction to a crying baby in a shop is to get them out of the shop as quickly as possible. Not so in this case. I was able to feed the baby in a lovely cool place in peace. They even supplied me with some kitchen towel. This was exemplary customer service by the lady assistant and her colleague - and I had only spent £4 ! I will be back to spend more whenever I can. Thank you.”

“Visited this morning before taking the train & had a lovely cortado. Son had a coke zero and a sausage bap, which he said was tasteless. Otherwise, fast, efficient service and clean so v pleased! UPDATE JAN 2023: Visited again by myself and had a lovely cortado. Staff were really friendly and efficient and café and toilets very clean. Best service in town, hence why I'm upgrading to 5 stars!”

“I have been to this pharmacy for years now and I’ll admit that I can see an huge improvement since the last team left. At last the place is clean now, dust free and smell nice. The new team is friendly, fun and take the time to explain what’s happening with Pharmacy and NHS in giving us the proper informations how to obtain our prescriptions on time. I can see that they are struggling but always take the time to give us a smile and I could just come to hear the funny Swiss Man say my name with his lovely accent.
