“All I can say after reading the reviews is collect the pizza yourself instead of sitting on your backside at home. You're leaving negative reviews about their pizza's but not taking into account they are being delivered by a third party company. You need to take your issues up with Just Eat and their inability to deliver a pizza. Why pay more via an app when you can go there, order fresh and cheaper over the counter and get a great pizza!”

“I am sadly moving away but this tops pizza has been a constant in my flatshare - we absolutely love their pizzas (and the fact they’re open until late). Uddin in particular is an absolutely lovely human being who deserves a shout out and is always smiling whilst delivering a great service, and is honestly why we keep coming back.”

“We’ve eaten here a few times and it’s always consistent. Lovely food as always using fresh produce. Tonight I had the tagliatelle after seeing their beautiful fresh porcini. Pasta was homemade, perfectly al dente with ceps, porcini and truffle paste. I would happily eat another portion. Wonderful friendly service from Martina and the team.”

“Just had the best customer support experience. Our pizza was accidentally delivered to the neighbours, who kept it. The team were super sweet and just redid the order. “When I go visit some friends by Richmond, we sometimes order some pizzas from this Papa John's. Great quality coming out of this establishment. They recently renewed the store as well, it looks great. But do take my reciew with a grain of salt, since Papa John's is my favoured fast pizza venue when compared to Dominoes and the likes!”

“It's expensive and the service is average but the pizza is excellent. Overall very good. In a completely different league than dominos or any or the chains. The condiments are great and abundant.”

“As a customer you'd need to be very understanding, I went there in person, and from what I saw they are struggling especially at busy times such as Friday evening...the manager was working all alone and he declined to make me a milkshake because he was too busy, which was disappointing. However I enjoyed the pizza, I would definitely try again during quiter time.”
