"Ordered at 11:55am. Pizza was out of the oven at the "checking and cutting" stage at 12:05 according to the tracker. Received pizza at 1:03pm. Room temperature pizza delivered. Located 1.6km away (7 min drive)"

"You couldn’t pay me £20 to eat this, let alone charge me - in addiction to it being an entirely different pizza to what was ordered, they forgot the drink. I called to ask for an exchange and she said that it could be an issue won’t be oven so there would be no guarantee that it won’t happen again. It as literally uncooked and sloppy. Go somewhere else, please"

Moreover, the level of service to go above and beyond I experienced recently with Abdullah. I accidentally selected the pickup option and it was snowing - instead of me losing my money, he so kindly dropped the pizza to my door at his shift end. Thank you so much for caring about your customers Abdullah! Amazing service! :))"
