“This is one of my favorite lunch place. Food is scrumptious! Wheelchair users: there is a little step at the entrance. May need a little push to get in. But should be OK to get out independently. Accessible bathroom inside.”

“First time trying this place and will certainly go back again. Such a relaxed atmosphere. Good choice of food and not breaking the bank. Menu had variety for lunch and they serve an All day Breakfast too. I had the bubble and squeak with poached egg and the eggs were perfectly done with a nice runny yolk. You go up to the counter to place your order where you will see an array of yummy cakes. I met a group of friends and we were there for at least three hours but you are not made to feel rushed and we sat for a good 90 minutes after our food chatting away. Certainly going to spread the word with friends and family to try this place.”

“I was here with the family for a buffet lunch. They do a 'all-you-can-eat' buffet on Sundays. You pay for the poppadoms and drinks separately although some starters like onion bhajis and samosas were included in the buffet. In all there was 18 items on offer. The food was exceptionally tasty and my daughter just couldn't get enough of the curry. The tandoori chicken was a hit with my wife as the empty plate was a testament to. The chicken jalfrezi with pilau rice I loved the most and I also sampled the biryani which was alright as well. My only criticism was that I wish there was more on offer but it's such good value that I'm sure we'll be back again. In fact, I'm looking forward to coming back. By the way, the staff were super friendly too. Always a bonus!”

“New venue for my daughter's and me. Fantastic food. Had the sea bass on a bed of mashed potatoes with pesto sauce and veg. Was really nice. My eldest she had the fish burger. Which was proper fish in batter. That was also really nice. Will definitely be visiting again. Was not very busy tonight Tuesday.”

The Thai Elephant management should be proud of the staff, as Chinese/Thai restaurants are notorious for an impersonal robotic service, however your staff are amiable, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable (while not being overbearing), and maintaining a professional distance. “Fantastic food, excellent and prompt service, polite staff and at a reasonable price. This is a great restraunt, and I highly encourage you to go. They were also very understanding of dietary restrictions, and made an excellent vegan pizza for me. The place is certainly child friendly, has what looks like easy access for wheelchairs, and a couple of parking spots outside, though they're not reserved for customers. My only complaint is that I like my pizzas a little more crisp, but I'm sure they would have obliged if I had only told them that.”

“I’ve ordered delivery many, many, many times from Sakura for a couple of years now. I’ve eaten Sushi all over the world - really good, and really bad. Short of fine dining restaurants such as Nobu, Roka, and Zuma (which obviously don’t deliver to Bromley and Orpington lol) this is the best I’ve had in the UK. Constantly VERY reliable. Clearly it’s tough to nail presentation with delivery Sushi, but for a south-East London delivery provider (where we’re all sick of pizza, kebab, burgers, fried chicken, Chinese and Indian) Samira is a refreshing change I’ve also never had a single mistake in my order. FIVE STARS especially considering location. For simplicity, please get back on JustEat or UberEats.”

“Me and my mates hunt for indian restaurants that can make a curry spicy liko no other while still retaining the taste and this place has done it! Ate very spicy lamb curry with some Nans, had wonderful taste, lamb was juicy and tender, the souce was creamy rich with tomato and not with oils killing the taste. 5/5 highly recommend for anyone who likes tasty spicy food. Place was clean and cozy, staff professional.”
