"We have just finished dinner Our recommendation from our friend to visit the Samosa Factory UK gave us a good taste of a variety of Indian food which was complimented by the high quality of ingredients and culinary style. This husband and wife team have exceeded our expectations and brought back warm heartfelt memories of my mums cooking which I experienced throughout my child and adulthood. I don’t often have a takeaway as I often worry about the hygiene or ingredients however I was blown away, every dish was freshly prepared, not oily at all and perfect if you want to incorporate good healthy ingredients into your diet. Make sure you order the samosa which are filled with warm spices and delicious potato mix, my favourite is the Dhokla I have not eaten anything so flavoursome yet light and fluffy. The aubergine curry with potato is just perfect with a light kick accompanied with homemade chapatis and parathas. Every dish and mouthful was a sheer delight, thank you so much. We will be back soon. Regards to the chef."
