“Very nice takeaway pizza and bruschetta! This is the first time we order from this place and we were really impressed with the quality of the food and value for money. Also the lady on the phone was really polite, which is not so common these days. Will definitely order again!”

“Visited for the first time on a Wednesday evening as a group of 4 friends, with the purpose of seeing Rob Lamberti (who is the best George Michael/Wham tribute act out there-that’s a whole other review!) This venue is like a tardis, with a long/ split ground floor level, large function room and a contemporary outside seated area too, with and 3 bars in total. Spotlessly clean, with an very aesthetically pleasing decor. The whole venue must be newly refurbished as nothing looks tired or worn and there are very stylish black and white pictures of famous faces covering all of the walls. The bar staff are super friendly and very welcoming and the owner Christine is just a delight! We left after a very pleasant 4 hours feeling like we had made a new friend. The house Prosecco was delicious and the pizza’s served in the function room were perfectly cooked, reasonable in price and arrived promptly. Wholeheartedly recommend this venue, if we lived more locally I know we would be regulars. Parking was easy for us as we found a space in the station a 30 second walk away, but otherwise it is street parking. There are large TV’s there showing all of the must see sporting action too. The venue was absolutely buzzing and a very good evening was had by all! Wednesday is definitely our new Friday after a visit to the Seasons bar this week!”

“Popped in, with no previous experience of the pub and not having been in Woodford for 20 years or so. Surprise, the pub was welcoming, light banter as much on tap as a range of beers and lagers. Well worthy a visit.”

“I love this shop. It has a great atmosphere and very fun, friendly staff. I have two small tattoos so far by Mollie and I love them. The shop has never hidden the fact that she is an apprentice and if you ask you are told (seriously, if you go into a tattoo shop and don’t ask any questions at all or ask to see a portfolio before trusting someone with large/detailed work then that’s not the fault of the shop!). I will absolutely be back again soon for my next tattoo. Much love to all at the studio!”

“These guys at Serdars barbers are nothing but amazing each and every single one of them, they all spend an hour or over perfecting your trim, I leave there looking fresh and the woman who gives your face,arms and shoulders a gentle massage is amazing. “This was my first visit with my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. They have just moved into the area and I was visiting. The lunch, I had the large fish & chips which in fact was very large and was very nice indeed. I was driving so had a soft drink. The service was very pleasant and efficient. It was not over busy on our visit but was very enjoyable. I understand this is going to be my sons local which I think he will be happy with. I look forward to visiting again.
