"Costa is always a place to go. And if it’s cold outside, then it’s definitely a must. Had a Chai Latte and breakfast bap for me and Cappuccino for my friend. As always, drink was good. When I chose a table and was about to sit, the staff came and cleaned the table, which was a great start. But the staff who served at till and one who made the coffee were not warm enough. This was a bit unusual or May be they had a difficult customer in the morning. Overall, the visit was good. Thanks Costa."

"A standard Costa outlet. Not very busy at time of visit on 20th October. One Barista behind counter, with no customer service skill. No greeting, no smile, non verbal. Tables were uncleared of used mugs, plates etc. One female Customer,with a child, had to clean a table before use as had a major spillage on it. Was given blue paper towel Another member of staff watched this happening. Will NOT be returning here !"
