“Our server was a nice gentleman, unfortunately did not get his name. Went with family, for a reunion of sorts. Visiting from Canada, so I've never been here. Ordered the set menu. Tomato soup (it was alright, a tomato basil or a tomato bisque would have been better), the imam's bayild (the topping was amazing, not the biggest egg plant fan), and the cheese for dessert (chutney on the sweet side). Would certainly come back and try something new. Coffee a little on the tart/sour side.”

“Seems well run, safety conscious and in good working order. The trampolines are nice and bouncy unlike some bounce parks. All the staff come across well. My only complaint would be there are no foods catering for people with dietary requirements. However that is a nit pick. I've brought my kids here many times and we always have a really good time.”

My youngest loved the baby part and eldest loved the waves. Only let down it smells like chlorine, but expected. Eyes gets a bit sensitive.”

“Me and my partner stayed for 1 night. We had a free room upgrade on arrival and the restaurant food was tasty but it was a little bit expensive. Breakfast was self-serve and very good quality. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Thank you for a pleasant stay.”

“We had someone come and help us out as I am 8 months pregnant and have a toddler so was finding it difficult to find the time and energy. Marie (who took the booking) was really helpful and lovely and the woman who came was incredibly thorough, and also just lovely. She was very mindful of smells and product near me so warned me when she was cleaning near me and was just generally fantastic all round. Highly recommend.”

“I have just finished treatment of two implants and a new crown fitted at the Abbeymead Dental Centre with Dr Thomas Norlin and Egle, his assistant nurse. I cannot be happier and my smile has returned after so many years of not feeling confident to smile. Dr Thomas Norlin is a fantastic surgeon who knows what he is doing, gives great advice and would definitely recommend him and Abbeymead centre - I wouldn't go anywhere else and travel the miles to go there since moving - Thank you all from the very bottom of my heart to you all.”

I came in for a cut and colouring/highlights as I hadn't had anything properly done to my hair for years and the before and after results says it all. My hair looked so beautiful like never before when finished. It looked and felt so glamorous and exceeded my expectations. The girls at the salon are all so lovely and friendly so I'm already looking forward to my next visit.”

“I have injured my leg last week (nothing too serious but won't be able to walk properly for a couple of weeks). My dog's dry food was almost gone so the wife went to Perfect Pet Care in the White Lion Walk and bought some. We usually go for the biggest bag as it works out a lot cheaper. Because of the weight, my wife was struggling to carry it home so Richard (the lovely man working there) delivered it to us on foot! We can't thank him enough, going the extra mile and helping us without a second thought! He is a stellar guy! ❤️”

“Just come back from this lovely place having spent the afternoon there. We are going back over the weekend as we and our little man, 7, loved it so much. Really can't fault it! Beautiful setting, free parking in Guildford college car park at weekends and on holidays and handy toilets and kiosks for those drinks, snacks and ice creams. If like us you are up against it financially this summer holidays, you really can't go wrong.”

The staff are beyond lovely; they are so friendly and accommodating, truly superb customer service. The food is outstanding; there is a massive variety to choose from, and the food is always fresh and tasty. I recommend the Beef with Black Bean and Garlic Sauce, or the Chicken with Mushrooms, and for dessert the Toffee Banana is excellent.
