Very clean, many variety of colors/spa treatments. I walked in and was greeted right away. She took her time and treated me very well, told me what she recommended and the outcome was perfect. “I've been getting my hair, nails and eyelash extensions here for a while now and haven't been let down. They girls know what they're doing. Sometimes manners may not be visable and could come across rude but that's not intended. Offered coffee, tea and water. Eye lashes are amazing, almost 3 weeks and they still looked good. Hair, never been let down. Nails, great ideas with great products used. This salon constantly uses good products and take their time to make sure it's done as expected and worth your money. “Wife and I stayed one night to be at Heathrow for next morning's flight. We were very pleased - yes, I'll say surprised - by the quality of our brief stay. Room was immaculate. Dining (1 evening and 1 breakfast) exceeded our expectations; good selection, well-prepared, tasty. There are two bars on site, each was well organized and very pleasant. The front desk person even gave us a pictorial step by step map, showing how we would walk next morning from hotel to Heathrow tube to Terminal 5. That was much appreciated. As someone who (before COVID) business traveled frequently, my experiences and thus expectations for airport hotels were quite low. This hotel FAR EXCEEDED those expectations! Keep up the fine work!”

“Georgous desserts and the price is on par with any dessert establishment. This one is the only place in the local are which serves this menu. Staff very warm and friendly. My little one enjoyed her pink cake which was surprising as she hates cake. Spied some breakfast orders and we will be back to try it at some point. A gem in Heston.”

Chick pea channa marsarla wow the sizzling paneer perfect. king prawns a bit expensive but very juicy and cooked to perfection .butter chicken so flavorful Last night was (Monday ) was mega busy but the waiting staff were on top of it working flat out . A must have place to visit highly recommended .”

“Got a spicy tofu with noodles takeaway from KOKORO. Tofus we’re good but not “spicy”. I found noodles a bit on sweeter side which is not how I like my noodles (sorry I’m spoiled by Chinese food). Overall they were good and the large portions are more than enough for me.”

I had my hair dyed - she was able to get me the colour I wanted, whilst a lot of other hair stylists told me I couldn’t get my hair this light as my original hair is too dark.
