“The food was amazing and fresh. The service was great. There was ten adults and at least ten children so you can imagine how loud our group was. The staff dealt with us professionally courteously and they were great with the kids. The portions were a good size and we had so much left over. The taste of the fresh food was on point. Will definitely recommend and return in the near future.”

“Really enjoyed lunch today, great tasting authentic street food. Great Dabeli which I’m pleased is now local. Would not call this a curry house, if you looking for tasty Indian food then check it out. Finally, great tasting chai! Edited 17/2/23- I’ve visited and order from here many times since my original review, the food is always great, however, the time I wait in the restaurant and delivery have always been too long, if eating with the kids I avoid visiting and ordering, as the wait is too much for the kids. Have waited upto 40mins in restaurant and even collecting orders waited over 20mins when I have called in advance.”

“We chose this lovely restaurant to host my mother surprise 70th private Birthday party. Ardien, the manager, was so incredibly helpful and accommodating in the lead up to the big day. We sat down together with him and his talented chef Matteo to create a memorable menu and seating arrangement for the 30-40 people in attendance. Ardien’s and Matteo’s knowledge, experience and attention to detail really shone through. Nothing was too much trouble and they were determined that my mum got the 70th birthday party she deserved and even recommended a singer for the occasion which we were searching for and therefore opted for. The big day came and my mum and the guests had a fantastic time from start to finish. The entire day was memorable which is testament to Ardien, Matteo and the staff. We are an Italian family so are well versed in eating Italian food all our lives and so too were many of the guests. Every food course was delicious and the service; sublime. It’s safe to say that Punto completely lives up to being an authentic Italian restaurant where so many other restaurants fall short. The singer was also fantastic on that day with guests up singing and dancing. The entire day will certainly live long in the memory of my mum and everyone that attended. THANK YOU Punto’s!”

“Great pizza, great pasta and love the calamari. Service is always pleasant and your treated more like family than just a customer. The owner and head chef even comes out to make sure you’ve enjoyed everything and food is up to satisfaction. Highly recommend if in the area. Oh and don’t forget to try the tiramisu”

“After being let down by another local hotel, Ricky Road literally came to our rescue! We were travelling up to the Harry Potter Studios with my young daughter. They went above and beyond for us and upgraded us to the Harry Potter suite to enhance my daughter's experience! Peter was a great host and I couldn't recommend it enough! “Excellent food! Good service. Make sure to book in advance as they are busy most days. Been several times and food quality of the food is always consistent. Staff are friendly. Never have to wait too long to be served. They have a good selection of wines too. Highly recommend!”

“What a Gem of a place. Seemingly, in the middle of nowhere. Arrived by taxi from Uxbridge, booked a table prior to a evening's entertainment cabaret show at the local Memorial hall, "When we are Married". The Black Horse, is warm and inviting, we stopped though not long enough to get a drink as Franco the host ushered us through to the restaurant and upgraded our table seeing that we were quite burly lads. We took a prime table with surround views of the entire establishment. Was warm and cosy with the din of family and friends in full conversation and laughter. For aperitif we had a Negroni and my brother had a Aperol spritz and a bottle of white wine with the mains. I had a Slow cooked Pork belly with Savoy cabbage and dauphinoise and an additional dauphinoise, an absolutely and fabulous meal the entire meal was delightful. Will cherish the fabulous moments and foodie memories (yum-yum). Staff were very accommodating and Chef was as pretty as her food delicious. I wanted to stay, though sadly had to go.”

“Totally delicious lunch! Restaurant was very busy with festive groups but this did not impact on the service provided. Lovely staff who were attentive, friendly and professional. We ate from the festive menu and the food was excellent. My friend said it was the best pork belly she had ever had in a restaurant and my turkey was full of flavour and cooked to perfection.
