"Local branch not soo great. Had to shout through the plastic so the batista could hear my order. After repeating myself 4 times she still struggled and order was wrong. She apologised and said her English is not good. Cake was nice though"

"Clean quiet place, but it depends on staff mood if you will have nice coffee or not. They don't like if ask for something, making angry faces, don't listen at all sometimes. Also if they don't have medium cups, they tell you after they made coffee. Once I had medium coffee in a large cup( half full) and today I had medium coffee in small cup! I paid for medium and they decided to make me small for the price of medium, when I asked why? They just said because they run out of medium cups. Something like this should be mentioned to the customer before you make coffee, I would then ask for different size or have normal cup. I have been here many times , and only few times I had nice coffee and friendly staff. Had more bad experience than good."
