“Love the food and nice quick service. The booths at the back were lovely and warm, and even though it was busy, we managed to have a nice conversations between us friends without having to shout at each other.”

“A brilliantly friendly pub, with very welcoming staff. We had the best time on Christmas Eve with a large group of adults and children in their beautiful garden. Food was delicious, staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful, and the atmosphere was amazing. Can't wait to come back for more of the same, thank you all.”

“Been to this pub a few times on a Friday evening while the little one is at Guides. All the staff I've spoken to have been really nice and down to earth. There is normally a good amount of people here but there is plenty of tables and an outdoor smoking area. Good selection of beers, wines and spirits at typical prices for the area. There is often something happening on the weekend evenings, be it a band, quiz etc. The only thing that I'd like to see is the pub pulled into 2023. It is slightly warn and in need of a refurb.”

We were there for a late lunch on a Monday and it was busy. We did not have a reservation but we were seated and served politely and promptly. We will definitely be returning.
