Sat down, Callum asked what my goal is, he listened carefully and delivered an absolute professional quality haircut and taper fade. During the haircut he was making strategic cuts to suit my hairstyle and head shape for symmetry and perfection. “We had the pleasure of staying here for New Year's Eve and News Year Day. The service was fantastic from arrival to departure. Immaculate hotel, rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable. The service in the bar and restaurant was superb too, the bar/restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful. They adapted changes to the food choices without any hesitation to ensure our 3 children were satisfied. The cleaning staff left our rooms gleaming and there was literally nothing to fault. The manageress of the cleaning staff, who was also first aid trained was absolutely superb at supporting us on new years day as our youngest had quite a dramatic nose bleed, she was so calm and experienced,that her presence and guidance helped immediately, literally can't thank her enough for her help . And Nothing was a bother, and it helped us feel at total ease, especially with 3excitable children who were desperate to visit Harry Potter's Studio on New Year's Day. The shuttle bus was also just a 5minute walk from the hotel, which was another bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel, for quality service, location smd fantastic customer service from all of the staff and would have no hesitation to visit again or another of the Leonardo Hotels.”

“My mother stayed here on night of the 12th Feb as we had just finished a holiday, I live local and she needed help getting to the train station early in the morning. We arrived late and was greeted by the night shift manager/ supervisor who was on reception. He was brilliant and very helpful. My mother told me in the morning that he even helped her with breakfast as she was the first one up!! Brilliant customer service by the supervisor (who I understand cycles locally to work on his push bike). Excellent work, well done to him! 5 stars”

“We visited here today for their bottomless brunch. I can honestly say that this is great value for money especially if you add the cocktail upgrade. Our waiter for our visit was CJ and considering it was only his second day he did a great job. Nothing was too much trouble. If you're passing and fancy some great food and even better cocktails it's well worth a visit.”
