"Went to pick up an order I thought I had placed but hadn't actually completed... Firstly, Jessie was very friendly & helpful in identifying what had happened. Unfortunately the had subsequently sold out of what I wanted, however Jordan (Branch Manager) very kindly sorted me out a suitable replacement. Fantastic customer service, walked away very happy."

"Really disappointed with service in the Watford branch. I went back for a faulty return and the duty manager completely refused to help as I didn't have the receipt although I showed her the online bank statement for a product that was purchased just a week ago. They were busy chatting between themselves behind the counter when I was forced to speak to customer service. The agent later told me that they could have helped as I knew the date, time and exact amount of the transaction. What a shame."
