the Orpington Café & Record Store
“I had such a wonderful time going to the Orpington! I feel lucky we are locals to a place like this. The menu is a sophisticated take on classics. Everything is homemade and fresh, with an attention to detail in each dish. Music was great. Beer menu, excellent. I had a salt beef sandwich and it was perfect. We both wanted to order the whole menu and are looking forward to coming back. Scott also seems to care about his team, and that matters. To anyone saying it's a bit pricey: You get what you pay for, and that's never been more true than here. High quality, locally sourced ingredients with well thought-out menus, and a warm and personable experience.”

Co-op Food - Carlton Parade
“"AB FAB!!! Applies to EVERY member of staff; almost EVERY own brand product in ANY Coop range; and EVERY service provided. ALL the staff go above & beyond the call of duty - they're all genuinely good, caring people working IN their local community FOR the benefit & wellbeing of ALL - just as it should be, and is (in my personal experience) with every national service of The Cooperative Society that I have experienced AS A CUSTOMER of approx 40 years, and as a member since approx 1997 in various locations across England). Completely non-discriminatory in every respect - their WHOLE ethos is why I LOVE & SUPPORT the Co-op in any way I can.”

Resolved my issue right away, very professional and polite - a pleasure dealing with! Huge selection of food & drinks Always re-stocking which is Amazing A pleasure compared to M&S down the road Overall 10/10”
One Stop Community Stores Ltd
“Best place to buy frosty jacks the lads there are chill too the bad reviews are from individuals who simply had a bad day at work and took it out on the kind souls that work there overall 9/10 good service good prices but they missed a 10/10 narrowly by no longer stocking the Haribo smurfs.”
LDN fine jewellery and luxury items
“I went here when it newly opened and it was so lovely. I got a Nutella crepe with strawberries after a bad day and it made me feel so much better. I've also just had some gelato delivered via deliveroo and I'm SO GLAD they have joined delivery services for the second lockdown. My mum is a huge fan of them and we'd much rather pay money to this lovely little independent shop than a chain like creams. I hope they can add some more hot chocolates too, seeing as they have such great ingredients I could see them making hot choc with choc bars and such. Keep it up guys, you're smashing it ♥”
Coffee X
“A quaint little coffee shop in Petts Wood. Delicious coffee and a good selection of sweets or savouries. Lovely service. You order at the counter and they deliver to your table which is always nice. The toasted tea cake in particular was lovely and I must recommend it. Fair prices. About the same as the Costa down the road. Homely decor inside and a few seats outside. They have a doggy bowl of water outside which I always appreciate.”

“I went in to Iceland today, my ms was giving me trouble so was draining to shop and get buses. Some angel of a lady who works there I think her name is Laura but not 100 percent noticed I wasn't right plus noticed I was upset and this beautiful human being offered to pay for a cab for me , what a kind caring and compassionate lady we had a moment and I will never forget her heart. I declined the cab but the amazing man who stands by the door pushed my trolly to the bus stop. I jst want to say thankyou I Will remember your empathy and kindness and just want to let you know your both amazing ❤️”

“To be hounest when i first used the shop they didnt seem to welcome me and there paypoint never worked i was kinda put off by this, i know paypoints are a zero mark up profit so i guess they didnt like you just using the store for just the zero profit benefits as these are used in shops to attract customers to buy items then top up there elcetric or gas , but as i became a regular due to prices in another nearby shop , after a while all of a sudden there paypoint always worked lol and they became more friendly now i wont vist many other small convenience stores because they are atualy nice people when you get to know them and become a regualar customer - husband and wife run store”
Marks and Spencer
“I came with my 2 granddaughters to your store on the Sevenoaks Way for them to have a bra fitting today. I felt I had to let know that the lady who did the fitting was so good, (I think her name was Tricia,) she put the girls at ease from the very beginning and talked them through the whole process. Young girls can get a bit embarrassed when having this service but she made sure they they were alright with everything in a very kind and professional manner. She was very knowledgeable about the type of bra they should have and advised them accordingly. We left the store with their purchases and would definitely return to your store when they need this service in the future. Please pass on my thanks to her.”
