The Coop Team Members (Adam, Mrs Nancy and the others)are very helpful apart from the securities are always following the customers as robbers. Last night an Indian security grabbed my arms without any reason and I said to him, do not touch me. All the Coop Staff know me as I am constantly buying in there. Even I have my Membership card. “Had fantastic customer service from Pizza Hut at Ardleigh Green. I made an enquiry the day before regarding an order for my daughter's pool party at the sports centre. I spoke to a guy called Sultan not sure if he is the manager but he was extremely helpful and gave me lots of tips and advice. “This is the best Chinese takeaway I have ever had in the UK. The butterfly king prawns are amazing (You must try these) and the quarter duck is a good portion. Food is always piping hot and you can tell it’s fresh/good ingredients. I would recommend collecting just to make sure you get it on time and just as it’s been cooked. I have had one mistake in the past, I had the wrong side delivered, like all things they can't be perfect every time. Even still one quick and painless phone call and my correct side was sent out and arrived in like 10 minutes!
