"Ive been ordering from chopsticks for about 3/4 years and always highly recommend them, last time I had ordered was in August. Ordered today for me and my husband and it wasn’t the same. Don’t know if they have a new chef or changed owners but I was disappointed with the quality as I’ve always considered them the best around here. The king prawn satay skewers were not on skewers but in a “ satay “ sauce with lots of onions. Sauce was watery and not nice. The chow mein noodles were very bland and not much flavour , the same with the special fried rice also very bland. They forgot the prawn balls but did deliver them quickly when I called them. All in all it wasn’t as enjoyable and I was disappointed and with the price increases I expected them to maintain the quality to be good at least. Makes me think twice about ordering from them again even though they have been my go to for a few years."

"Ordered from the first time from Chopsticks via Just Eat. Initial issue as I selected 20:15 and delivery man turned up an hour early as I was leaving my house. No problem, I called restaurant, they were really accommodating at sending driver back and a fresh order came at the time requested. Food was delicious, and we'll be ordering again."

"Waited 1 hour 40 mins for a delivery. When I called to find out why, they didn’t seem to care and offered no apology. Food was average. They use a lot of salt to increase flavour instead of using the ingredients themselves to bring out the flavour. Not the sign of a good restaurant. Much better and cheaper restaurants in the area, and that deliver much quicker too. First and last time!"

"This is the best Chinese takeaway I have ever had in the UK. The butterfly king prawns are amazing (You must try these) and the quarter duck is a good portion. Food is always piping hot and you can tell it’s fresh/good ingredients. I would recommend collecting just to make sure you get it on time and just as it’s been cooked. When I am not in town no Chinese has matched this. Well done Chopsticks !"
