“The shop staff and manager has helped me out immensely with Buy Backs and were very understanding when the t.f.l strikes/route closures from work affected collection/due date times. There were plenty of reasonably priced items for sale as well and the staff were kind to my dog (even the staff member who's allergic to canines). If you're honest with them they'll help within reason and that's what on-line shopping cannot provide with a click of a mouse etc. 5 stars.”

And in all that time the two staff you have in store, at the moment have been by far the best thing that has made your company a pleasure to come and do business with... Saad and John have helped me by goods in fact all my goods have come though there help and support . They have always helped me with buyback service and made sure my account with the hammersmith branch was always good. As they make one feel like a human... and especially my partner who is disabled . Its very rare these days to find staff who belive in customer sevice. I was very sad to hear that they were thinking of leaving. Having had shops myself i know how important it is to have quallity staff members. “Reading all these bad reviews is shocking I have had no problem with them at all! Got a loan out in December come may I asked for a settlement figure as I was in a better money situation 24 hour I got my email witch was a very good price so basically £100 interest a month it cost! very cheap! I paid that day and 4 days later I got my logbook back and a letter thanking for my custom and that they have cleared my HPI honestly if I was in a bad situation again I’d definitely be going back! I think a lot of you just can’t pay and unfortunately if you can’t pay it gets taken away that’s what happens and it clearly states this maybe try paying ur bills and you won’t have to give poor feed back on a company that’s doing it’s job and is entitled to do so! It’s no different to a financed car you dont pay it they take it away maybe have better communication skills with the company and give people working there more respect goes a long way I’ve never had an issue very nice people was always a pleasure to speak with thank you for my loan shame on all your comments due to ur own doing putting a bad name on a company like that again thank you for my loan Nicole”
