"Most disgusting customer service Wouldn’t recommend this store for any Asian community Since there were no rates/ prices displayed for the products I asked the lady at the till for the price of10 kg of rice I was asked to curry the whole bag of rice to the till to find out how much it would cost me if I wanted to buy it I just walked out"

"Don’t buy Snacks such as crisps, drinks or biscuits. Especially not the snacks that are imported from a different county because they change the expire date on them and increase the date to make it seem like the food it okay to eat. I recently bought a box of Dark fantasy chocolate biscuits and a bottle of Frooti mango juice, I came home to find out the biscuits went out of date in September 2022 and it is October 2022. So the food has been out of date for a month. Avoid buying snacks from here even if they are cheap because they usually price the expired food at 3 for £1 or 50p each."

"I'm not sure if anyone else experienced this, I've been to Krishna Cash and Carry on Uxbridge road today and have made a large purchase and as we came out of the shop ,noticed that one of the bag of flour was a bit broken and flour kept spraying out .I took it back to be replaced and one of the staff was happy to exchange this but a person on the till shouted in a very rude manner saying no as we have taken it out of the shop. I do understand it could be their policy, but the manner in which he said no to us was totally unacceptable and I did tell him that he needs to respect customers and speak politely even then he dismissed me completely and said Thank you and bye. I have now decided to stop shopping from there completely as we have found a different shop next to Krishna called BEST FOOD MART where you can buy evething that you get from Krishna. Good bye to Krishna as you lost a very regular customer."
