“This was on my bucket list so treated myself for my Birthday and dragged along three family members to experience it with me. My Wife, Son & his Partner all had a thoroughly enjoyable time and Claire our instructor was excellent. My Wife wasn't confident enough to stand although Claire did try and help when my Wife was happy to try without any pressure. My Wife ended up kneeling for the whole duration of the lesson but still had an enjoyable time. The rest of us stood from quite early on into the lesson and our confidence grew as Claire gave us some more tips which we would have taken a long time to learn had we just gone out on our own. As for me, I've booked another session with my other Son who sadly couldn't make it the first time and I am currently looking at buying my own board! “Absolutely fantastic service given by the guys at Sandy Lane/MD Racing. I got a rear puncture on my motorbike at 1730 on Walton Bridge & desperately phoned around however everywhere, including Sandy Lane, had shut at 1700. No way of getting home. By chance I found a mobile number for MD Racing & they offered to stay late so I could at least get the bike to them for it to be fixed the next day. When I arrived I was greeted with smiles & welcomes & they wheeled the bike straight in for secure storage over night. Incredibly they offered to repair the punctures (turns out there was two) there & then. I was given tea/coffee whilst I waited although there was barely time - 20 mins for the wheel to come off, repair 2 punctures & get me back on the road. One of the gentlemen even stopped to check everything was okay when he saw me pulled over on the side of the road making a phone call before heading home. Exceptional service, truly above & beyond. Very grateful for such a great experience for what could have been a really arduous evening. Thank you.”

I called Elmbridge quite desperate and upset not knowing how big the leak was, where exactly it was and what to do to resolve, considering that we have a brand new kitchen and new floors etc. Steven was in the area and arrived soon after to assess, he was very reassuring and informative. He assured me that they are very experienced with these situations and my lovely new kitchen would be fine. I immediately felt at ease! He booked in the work for the very next day.
