"HWM Sports Cars - a family run business - have given me excellent service. I cannot express enough my appreciation for their courtesy. My Jeep Renegade was transported to HWM via Jeep Assist. Once the car was ready to be brought back to my home address I was told by Jeep Assist Customer Service that I had to pay for this service. I had not been informed about this. HWM are bringing my car back to me as a courtesy gesture - courtesy is not dead."

"Would not recommend for Alfa. Was told they focus on ‘sports cars’ these days, presumably more lucrative for them. Unable to find fault with my car, went to independent garage - they identified straight away. Unfortunate, as Alfa dealers are increasingly rare these days."
