“My car body had a hole right behind a back door. Also numerous dents and scratches. I will attach a photo of the main damage and how it looks after the work. A mechanic visited my address and explained to me what is the damage and how it will be fixed. The explanation was very colloquial and precise. On the first day , I was given an exact cost. This was very helpful in a number of ways. I was able to match the cost to work value and make a reasonable assumption. When the car was taken to the garage, they were able to find few more areas that needed work. However, I was asked specifically whether I wanted the extra work done and they did some work for free, too. In summary , they were very professional, knew what they were doing and didn't try to charge more than what is reasonable. I couldn't stress enough about the quality of work and skill. I am still amazed at the paint work and how the body has been re-worked [Apologies if that is not the right term].”

“Couldn't recommend Thea enough!! I've used a few hairdressers over the last 5/6 years but never found a hairdresser I wanted to go back to and always hated the outcome of my hair. I really can't recommend Thea enough from Roxbys! She really listens to your concerns and exactly what you want to do with your hair. I will not use any other hairdresser and only trust her with my hair. Her colouring skills are insane and I always leave the salon beaming as I'm so happy with her work. I've shown her pictures of hair I like and she always give her professional opinion whilst achieving the closest colour match possible. She recommends products and tools for your hair depending on what you're looking for but doesn't pressure you into purchasing any products and makes you feel comfortable about your choices. As well as this, she's such a lovely kind hearted girl and always makes me feel comfortable. She puts up with me messaging her every few weeks/months with new questions or queries I have with my hair and is always really helpful and patient with me. I always ask for Thea but all the staff in Roxby's are polite and make sure you're well looked after so even if you don't book in with Thea I'm sure you'll leave just as happy as I do.”

“Eric did a full detailing job on my VW Golf GTD and the end result is seriously impressive. He even arranged for some small repairs to one of the wings. He has an excellent eye for detail and takes the greatest of care. He explained the process and gave me regular updates as the work was happening. When I picked the car up it was like new inside and out. Amazing. I’ve since used the aftercare service where Eric brings the car back to the same standard after six weeks. “Village Cars are a very honest, reliable and trust worthy car garage. I use them every time my husband and i need an MOT on our car and Van. Having been disappointed in previous garages for over charging or adding things on every time i have been there. I have never found this with the staff that work here. I phoned them as my mot was a week overdue they took my number and phoned my with a cancellation slot the MOT was carried out the next day. They even offered to pick my car up to help me out.
