One staff member named Nat was so friendly & patient as they explained how I could use the Pizza Express app and claim rewards - please pass on our thanks! You're leaving negative reviews about their pizza's but not taking into account they are being delivered by a third party company. You need to take your issues up with Just Eat and their inability to deliver a pizza. Why pay more via an app when you can go there, order fresh and cheaper over the counter and get a great pizza!”

“When I go visit some friends by Richmond, we sometimes order some pizzas from this Papa John's. Great quality coming out of this establishment. They recently renewed the store as well, it looks great. But do take my reciew with a grain of salt, since Papa John's is my favoured fast pizza venue when compared to Dominoes and the likes!”

“As a customer you'd need to be very understanding, I went there in person, and from what I saw they are struggling especially at busy times such as Friday evening...the manager was working all alone and he declined to make me a milkshake because he was too busy, which was disappointing. However I enjoyed the pizza, I would definitely try again during quiter time.”

We were staying at Doubletree Hilton, my wife rang for a delivery asap, You was very helpful on the phone and delivered 2 steaming hot pizzas in 15mins!! The menu appeals from top to bottom, the service is friendly, attentive and what really appealed was the recommendation for a wine so perfect for lunch, there was no way I'd have chosen so well. Overall, this is a fabulous place for lunch and I reckon even better for dinner......which I'm looking forward to finding out :)”

I only didn't go for the full 5 stars for atmosphere because the music has felt a bit too loud for my liking when we've been for lunch the last two weekends. However, when we went for my birthday one evening in December, they had a live singer, who was so good we actually started debating whether he was miming to original recordings! He wasn't but he was that good! It's really nice for lunch; it's fantastic for an evening celebration meal with friends.”
